FFPAI MEDIQUIZ

The details/rules are as follows :

• There will be 10 questions each month . Google link will be sent to all members seven days before first Monday of every month.

You will not be able to open it.

It will open and activate only at 10 pm , first Monday of every month. So all of you are requested to save the link . Everyone will get equal chance to attempt the quiz.

• Link will remain open for 5 days .
• Prizes will be given to first three participants who will give maximum correct answers. Time will be considered as per Google link.
• One mark for each question.
• This will be MCQ type quiz, there will be only one  correct answers for each  question.
• A participant can submit answers once only.

One can edit own's answer before submission but once submitted can't be changed.

• A participant can see own's score on submission of Google form. Email id is preferable / required.
• Answers will be declared on following next Saturday at 8:00 a.m.
• Even if you are late to answer, you can still submit before next Saturday 8 am.
• Those three winners who have become winner for maximum times in the year , will be 'STAR OF FFPAI'. They will be awarded at our FFPAI conference.
• Judges’ decision will be final and binding to all.
